Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy

AGM Performance is committed to providing high-quality automotive performance products. Please review the policy below carefully before placing an order.


Order Processing, Changes & Cancellations

Order processing begins immediately after checkout and includes order verification, preparation, and fulfillment. Processing times vary depending on product availability and may be longer for custom-built or pre-order items.

Processing times may also be affected by holidays, supplier delays, promotions, or high-volume periods.

Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations may only be possible within a very short timeframe. To request a modification or cancellation, please contact us immediately at manuel@agmperf.com.

AGM Performance cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once processing has started. If an order has already been prepared or shipped, it must be delivered and then reviewed for return eligibility.

Approved cancellations may be subject to a cancellation or processing fee.


Return & Exchange Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the confirmed delivery date, provided all requirements outlined below are met.

To begin a return or exchange request, customers must contact manuel@agmperf.com. Requests submitted more than 20 days after delivery will not be approved.

Orders shipped outside of North America are final sale and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.


Conditions for Returned Items

Returned products must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused, uninstalled, and unaltered

  • Free of damage, wear, or markings

  • Returned in original packaging with all components included

Items that show signs of installation, use, or damage will be denied and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Customers are responsible for inspecting all shipments immediately upon receipt.


Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Pre-order items built to customer specifications

  • Wheels, tires, and wheel-related components

  • Batteries

  • Suspension components

  • Clutches and drivetrain components

  • Turbochargers

  • Headlights and tail lights

  • Bumpers, hoods, and body panels

  • Tuning software or digital products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Any product that has been installed, used, or damaged

AGM Performance reserves the right to issue partial refunds or store credit in limited situations at our sole discretion.


Restocking Fees & Shipping Responsibility

Approved returns are subject to a restocking fee, which is deducted from the refund amount.

Restocking Fees:

  • 25% for performance parts and electronic components

  • 20% for all other approved products

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If an incorrect item was shipped due to an error on our part, AGM Performance will provide return shipping and waive applicable restocking fees.


Return Approval & Refund Timeline

All return requests are reviewed individually.

If approved:

  • Customers will receive written return authorization and instructions

  • Returned items must be shipped within 10 calendar days of approval

  • Returns shipped after this window may be rejected

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.


Warranty Information

Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer. If a product includes a warranty, details will be listed on the product page.

Most warranties cover manufacturing defects for up to one (1) year from the purchase date. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs related to warranty claims.

AGM Performance is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or vehicle compatibility issues. Warranty claims are limited to one claim per product per year.


International Orders & Customs

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Orders refused due to customs-related charges are not eligible for refunds. AGM Performance does not control or collect international import fees.

All orders shipped outside of North America are final sale.


Backordered Items

If an item is unavailable or backordered, customers will be notified. Cancellation requests for backordered items must be submitted to manuel@agmperf.com and will be reviewed individually.


Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

AGM Performance is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.

Tracking information is provided for all shipments. If a package is marked delivered but not received, customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for confirmed delivered shipments.
